New Mexico Department of Transportation’s BKLUP Campaign was created to help reduce the number of injuries and fatalities on our roadways. Through our continuing efforts, we promote the safe practices of always wearing seat belts. Our ultimate goal in New Mexico is to end these injuries and fatalities.
